His responsibilities include:
- Assisting start up and existing businesses evaluate business feasibility
- Working with pre-venture clients to assess financial viability
- Helping clients prepare packages to secure financing
- Helping clients assess readiness for growth
- Assisting clients with business management and planning
Garry has over 36 years of experience in the financial industry. Most recently he served as President of a $1.2 billion community bank in northwest Indiana for 25 years. Since 2006 when the bank was sold, he has consulted with other community banks and has worked with the SBDC. Prior to coming to Northwest Indiana, Garry worked in the finance industry in Indianapolis and South Bend.
He serves on the Board of Directors of numerous civic and business organizations in Northwest Indiana.
