His responsibilities include:
- Formulating and executing the SBDC’s business strategies in the Northwest region

Ensuring that small businesses in our community receive responsive, high impact
consulting services
- Leading and developing a team of business advisors who provide
one on one and community business consulting
- Providing thought leadership on
small business development with a focus on building economic impact in the communities
we serve
- Working with business and community leaders in the region to promote
growth and sustainability of Northwest Indiana
Joshua has extensive experience as an entrepreneur. His most recent ventures include
the launch and ongoing success and ownership of Prime Real Estate, Premier Development,
Lysol Testing Services, and Marketing Executives.
Before joining the SBDC, Joshua used his professional success as an owner and entrepreneur
to bring real world practices into the classroom. Since 2001, he has taught courses
in real estate, finance, and economics at Purdue University Calumet.
