Her responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients in business planning and execution
- Planning, identifying and promoting conferences and workshops that benefit small and start up businesses
- Referring small businesses to resources specializing in small business success
- Working with businesses to secure financing for start up and growth
- Coordinating with Chamber of Commerce and economic development organizations to impact the communities that we serve
LeAnn has more than 15 years of experience in helping clients in the areas of selection and assessment, training and development, performance management and creating strategic focus. Among her past clients are numerous Fortune 500 midsize to small businesses and not-for-profit companies.
LeAnn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Colorado State University and is a certified instructor in a wide variety of human resources, sales and training systems.
