Steven Foreman


Student Worker

Steve is a Student Intern for the Northwest Indiana Small Business Development Center. He works primarily at the Purdue Technology Center. He is a junior at Purdue University Calumet and is currently double majoring in Finance and Economics in the School of Management. He will be attending graduate school after graduation.

His responsibilities include:

  • Assisting business advisors in various projects
  • Managing databases
  • Researching business-related information
  • Networking

Steve is currently working toward becoming an active and influential member of the Northwest Indiana communities. His overall life goal is to improve the standard of living in Northwest Indiana. Outside of the SBDC, Steve coaches youth hockey at Omni 41’s Blade ‘n Skate and is a Student Orientation Leader at Purdue University Calumet. He is currently starting an environmental group on campus that will show students the environmental-based technologies and initiatives around Indiana and also teach responsibility based on economic principles.
